Location really close to the old town beach, things of interest, and all the attractions/ museums. Terrific & brand-new unit with a super comfy huge bed, a GREAT balcony, as for instance.

Very good value for money for great value room with AC and comfy beds, as for instance. Genuinely helpful and extremely helpful staff and incredible location not far from the beach and centre, local buses, and the marine esplanade. Also, in the historical district of the city.

There was no bar.

It was tidy, everyone was incredibly friendly and caring. The property was in the middle of the city. You can find Juancho Cevicheria around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel to a have lunch.

Well decorated room, large bed and pillows. Savoury and excellent breakfast with lots of outstanding foods. Overall perfect location next to the Parque De los Novios with lots of bars and restaurants in the area as well as all the restaurants.

Superb breakfast with a great selection of options, incredible and fairly clean place. A great selection of options for breakfast including coffee and toast. Location next to the restaurant as well as the very centre of Santa Marta. Excellent food in the restaurants such as El Rey Del Caribe, located 5 min away.

Peaceful, top location right in the old center of Santa Marta. Savoury breakfast with toast and fresh squeezed juice at the restaurant.

The hotel was modern and neat with amazing views over the plaza and towards the cathedral. The breakfast was absolutely superb and tasty and there was a wide range of food to choose from. The venue had a marvellous position, in a quiet area.

The staff - some of them were not so friendly.

We had a pleasant stay at this friendly family run hotel. Highly professional staff and the place was spotless. The location turned out to be best possible and top, just off the main restaurants, bars, restaurants, the old town beach and tourist sites and centre-felt safe.

Marvellous and awesome location excellant in a quiet street very close to center, you can walk everywhere. Tasty and excellent breakfast and the stuff is polite...

The location was perfect, just a couple blocks from the beach and right in the heart of all the action. It made it really convenient to explore the charming old town and enjoy the pedestrian streets with cafes and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to make me feel safe and comfortable during my stay. The rooftop terrace was an absolute gem, with stunning views and a small pool to relax in. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather.

While the hotel had its charm, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some of the rooms had a few loose tiles, which made it feel a bit dated.

Not always friendly staff!

Neat hotel, free breakfast, the location is excellent close to the bay and the best restaurants in town. Its very good value for money. The stuff are very attentive and absolutely friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed their attitude. The services are attentive, including a great pool. As for me the food is outstanding, and they have a lot of meals...

Very good value for money, nicely decorated hotel with highly professional staff. Best possible and top location right next to the main tourist street. Also - so close to the Parque De los Novios with lots of bars and restaurants in the area, the historical centre of Santa Marta, and all restaurants.
